The RAOK Group

There are many ways to commit an act of kindness on line. You can sign someones guestbook, send a card or a note. You can send someone an adoption from an Adoption Shoppe, send a little graphic gift even. It is up to you how you want to go about committing an act of kindness. Some members will not be able to copy and paste while other members cannot post in guestbooks. That's okay! You still have the other options.

Helpful Hints

- You do not have to use your own name. You can make up a name like KindHeart or Mr. Kindness if you want however you can use your own name if you want too.

- You do not have to link back to the main RAOK site if you do not want too. If you want to link back to RAOK that url is http://www.theraokgroup.com

- You do not have to use a gift from The Gift Shoppe but if you want to you certainly can. You can copy and paste a graphic that we have because the html is below each graphic.

- If you want to upload a gift on your own server from The Gift Shop, you can.

- You can also make your own personalized gift to give to others if you want.

Where do I find someone to commit an act of kindness to?

We have suggested in the past to take a look at RingSurf http://www.ringsuf.com and type in a particular cause you might support or type into the search box something that interests you. It will give you a list of webrings and the people who have joined them. Search around and find websites to leave a little kindness.

You can also go to a search engine like Google http://www.google.com and type in a cause or once again, type into the search box something that interests you and the search engine will give you lists upon lists of people with websites. Visit them and leave a note of kindness.

Committing an act of kindness does not mean only signing members guestbooks. You can start with those who have signed your guestbook maybe and then as you visit people you will get more hits in your own guestbook if you have one and will find more and more people to spread a little kindness too.
